Vraylock Helenah Kerpatis is the vraylock of Sly-Var. She is said to have been pardoned for unknown crimes by Hazlik himself and tutored at the [Red Academy]]. She is a good friend of Eleni of Toyalis and dutifully serves her post. However, as a Dread Possibility, she may moonlight as a brigand leader under the guise of a male caliban bandit named Kemen Kerbasi.
