Rafe Willowand is swash-buckler and wanderer of all Ravenloft, even outside the Core. Rafe is a Chaotic Neutral 7th-level, half-elf Wizard. He has a handful of magic items for his protection, chief among them a brooch that protects from missiles and magical darts.
