Yakov Dilisnya was born in Mordent in 641 BC. In 666 BC he suffered a horseback riding accident left him delerious for five days. Upon recovering hit wits, he proceeded to pen the First Book of Ezra. Over the next few years he displayed increasingly miraculous powers. He he gained few followers however, at least until he left his native Mordent in 684 BC for the newly formed land of Borca. There he convinced his younger half-sister Camille Dilisnya to help finance the construction of the Great Cathedral, and set about making many more converts. In 698 BC Yakov was among those poisoned to death by Camille during one of her tantrums. A statue was raised before the Great Cathedral in honour of the memory of its founder and first Praesdius.
