A young man who has suffered religious visions (or perhaps merely seizures) since he was five years old. In his first vision, he was approached by a being declaring itself to be the voice of Belenus, which told him that he was destined to perform great deeds for the glory of Belenus.[1]
Once he was old enough, Bradley Swail joined the Shining Youth. Because of his zeal, Swail rapidly become a leader among the other children.[1]
