Shevern is a patient at the Clinic for the Mentally Distressed and victim of Mullonga (according to Dr. Illhousen). A half-elf burglar, Shevern was terribly shaken following a botched buglary in Kantora. On the rooftops, he ran into three gargoyle guardians. They chased him off the roof, he fell and was minorly injured, but fear of heights and ornamentation kept him from functioning as a thief anymore.^[1]
