Prince Ladislav Mircea is the darklord of Sanguinia[1][2] and a vampire[1], specifically a Vrykolaka Vampire[2] who drains humors (black bile, phlegm, yellow bile) and emotions in addition to blood. He resides in Castle Guirgui.[1][2]
