Mikhail Drakov is the director of the Ministry of the Arcane[1], and son of Vlad Drakov. .[2]
Mikhail was the black sheep of the family for his interest in magic, and might have been disowned had not his father a need of a lackey among the arcanists of the Radiant Tower. Mikhail became an accomplished wizard under their training, but he rose through the ranks more for his loyalty than his talent.
Mikhail's mother was Griselda Zamiara. He married Olana Crepeau, and together they had three children..[2]
