Kavik and Meslik were [arsonist]]s who razed the Red Porch Poorhouse before they were both killed by Casimir Lukas. Though Casimir thought they were acting upon orders given by Zhone Clieous[1], Harkon Lukas actually ordered the arson as an act of provocation.[2]
