Roland of Tepest was a twistedly fanatical and hateful inquisitor of Tepest. When Credimori began the transposition process with Roland, he saw it as the coming of a heavenly celestial to give him the ability to punish the wicked and purify the world. Roland's dark activities caused Wyan to declare him a heretic. Before he could be arrested, the transposition process was complete. Credimori killed several of Wyan's men before Credimori fled into the Mists. The Inquisition made sure to destroy all records containing any knowledge of Roland, and he is but an obscure memory to a only a few now.[1]
