Father Serban Iorga is the priest of the Cult of Mihnea, a cult centered around worshiping not a true deity but rather the vampire Minhea the Bad. To keep his patron happy, Serban must continually find new ways to fund the cult. He is currently trying to get financial backing from the German merchant Hansel Schenker in return for offers of immortality. </ref name=transylguide> p.78-79</ref>
