Constructed by Tsien Chiang from the bones and painted with the blood of her daughter's former suitors, the Palace of Bones lies in the center of I'Cath. It is the residence of Tsien Chiang and her daughters Hate, Spite and Scream. Numerous evil fill the majestic court the Palace boasts.[1]
