Flood Town is a lawless wasteland of a city sunken within the Fallaya Basin swamps. It was once Ngethuat, a thriving town in Fallaya and was the place to go for art, theatre, and music, before it was absorbed by the mists. When Fallaya Basin was absorbed into the Hub, Ngethuat was hit with a huge rainstorm that flooded the town and made it sink into the mire about 15 feet.
