Nana Zsolty Taksony was a Vistana who cursed Horg. She is the mother of Karla Zsolty, the grandmother of Petre Zsolty, and the great-grandmother of Mikael and Ilisa Zsolty[1].
Though incredibly old, frail, blind and deaf, Nana should not be trifled with. She is gifted with the Sight and considerable mystical power[2], including the power to track down transgressors through the Mists. She called down the curse of mishamel upon Horg for kidnapping Ilisa.[3]
Trusting Von Schreck's Book to be the safest in the hands of Nana, Hilda Kreuzter handed it over to her for safekeeping.[4]
