Brangain ApBlanc was the daughter of Tristen ApBlanc. She was secretly raised and trained as a a 4th level cleric of Diancecht by her mother, Isolt ApBlanc. Brangain attempted to use her clerical abilities to redeem the many ghosts haunting Castle Tristenoira, eventually coming across the ghost form of her father, Tristen ApBlanc. This resulted in Tristen imprisoning his only daughter in the dungeon below the castle, where she later mysteriously escaped long before Forfar joined the Demiplane.

Brangain survived the events of Castles Forlorn due to outside intervention, and went on to become a paladin operating in the domains surrounding Forlorn, known as "The Weeping Knight." A tragic figure, Brangain now faces the struggle to keep her half-vampyre nature from emerging and causing her to fall from her paladin status. [1]
