This individual is a Chi-Folken, created out of the Mists in the image of the human lich Azalin Rex, Darklord of Darkon. In contrast to the original, the Chi-Folken Azalin is the Demilord of Darkon province in the domain of Madego.
History
Between 644 BC and 740 BC, it is safe to assume that this version of Azalin moved in lockstep with the original, mimicking his every word and deed. On the Night of Music, when Lupta danced upon the sands of G'Henna province, Azalin was stirred to wakefulness for the first time. Feeling the power of the Spirits upon the land and unfamiliar passion rising from his very marrow, Azalin abandoned his work surrounding the Grand Conjunction and conjured great music from empty air.
