The Black Dragon is the sentient control mechanism of a crashed Spelljammer vessal. It dominated it captain when activated and killed its crew, before crashing and becoming the darklord of Annaes. It seeks to rebuild itself and to find a means to dominate all those needed to crew itself.[1]
