Kavik and Meslik were arsonists who razed the Red Porch Poorhouse before they were both killed by Casimir Lukas. Though Casimir thought they were acting upon orders given by Zhone Clieous[1], Harkon Lukas actually ordered the arson as an act of provocation.[2]
