Also known as "Little Fox", Leisl was a thief and cutpurse that resided in the Village of Barovia.[1] She fell love with Sasha Petrovich[2] after the latter rescued her from one of Strahd's vampire slaves[3], to which Leisl returned the favor. Leisl swore off thievery in order to become a vampire hunter alongside Sasha Petrovich.[4] She later entered Castle Ravenloft with Sasha and Jander Sunstar to destroy Count Strahd von Zarovich in 499 BC. They were unsuccessful in destroying him[5], but Strahd was wounded and fell into hibernation for a time.[6] Leisl and Sasha went onto Vallaki to rebuild the Cult of the Morninglord, Martyn the Mad having died earlier.
