The Eye of Vecna together with the Hand of Vecna are among the most infamous relics in existence. The Eye of Vecna was cut out of the head of the lich Vecna with the Sword of Kas. It is cursed. Woe to anyone who would cut out his own eye and replace it with that of Vecna. The fell thing was briefly in Cavitius.
