Chambon was the Lord-Governor of Dementlieu from 707 BC to 728 BC. He replaced the oppressive Lord-Governor Bernard Foquelaine with a regime that paid some attention to popular needs. He was removed from office as a result of a shift in the balance of power on the Council of Brilliance, most likely orchestrated by Dominic d'Honaire. He was succeeded by Lord-Governor Marcel Guignol.[1]
