Highly uncommon, portunekin are changelings that are created by, and therefore take after, the portune.[1][2] Created as healers[1][2], portunekin gain a substantial bonus to Heal checks[2]. Portunekin allow their patients to heal substantially more quickly than the patients would normally[1]. Though they primarily tend to other changelings and the Arak, though the portunekin will assist anybody taken to them[1].
As with most other changelings, portunekin are entirely harmless and will not even attack even in self defense.[1][2]
