Doctor Brain is an evil scientist specifically focused on the human brain, conducting experiments on other creatures in the service of finding ways to better his already superhuman intelligence and other mental capacities. His disproportionately large head, seemingly about to burst with the brain inside, is a clue to his powerful psionic abilities. Yet he is stuck as darklord of a domain where the inhabitants cannot fathom, or therefore appreciate, the reach or depth of his innovation or work. Dr. Brain must send his various inhuman servants, including a brain collectors and several mind flayers, to find more extraordinary brains for his research.[1]
