Wilhelm Pellman[1] is a nonplayer character with an extended profile from the sourcebook Children of the Night: Ghosts. In the adventure A Matter of Trust, he is a ghost not of a malign nature but instead asks the player characters for help.
In universe, Wilhelm the youngest child of a wealthy landowner named Karl Pellman. After witnessing a traumatic scene, he was accidentally killed in a tragic accident, and returned as a first magnitude ghost.
Background
Young Wilhelm was a gentle, affable boy that was a joy to his family and made friends easily. This created tension and jealousy in his older brother, Kole. Kole was also the town bully, knocking around smaller and weaker children as he pleased.
