On the Night Voyager
The Crew:
Jacques Soubise, Captain—A middle-aged man with dark hair and a beard. Very protective of his daughter, Angelique . Speaks Mordentish, Balok, Darkonian Sanguinian
Yves Dupree, First Mate In his late thirties, brown hair and blue eyes. Does his best to make the passengers comfortable. Speaks Balok, Lamordian, Mordentish, Sanguinian
Henri D’Lucine, Bosun. Grizzled veteran sailor, probably in his fifties. Closemouthed.
Graham Little, Cook. Speaks Mordentish, Sanguinian, Lamordian, Darkonian. Skinny young man. Boils almost everything; tends to serve stew of one sort or another every meal.
The Sailors (a mix of Mordentish and Dementliuese; they speak Mordentish, other if noted):
Charles—Speaks Darkonian
Georges
Lucien
Remy—Speaks Sanguinian
Andre
Alphonse—speaks Lamordian
Elias—Speaks Balok
Silas
Raoul
Francois—Speaks Lamordian
Thaddeus—Speaks Darkonian
Neville
Irving—Speaks Valachani
Bertrand
Oliver
Other:
Angelique Soubise: The pretty and petite 16 year old redhaired daughter of Captain Jacques. Precisely what she’s doing on board you don’t know—she doesn’t seem to have duties. She does seem to find Borhg interesting, much to the disapproving glares of her fatther.

The Darkest of Lords Speaks
Are you SURE that's what you want to go with? You've never indicated that you're willing to bargain--by saying you were, by asking for terms, anything. The last encounter, he held the field and half your party was dead or polymorphed. He's not going to think he lost.

He lost 4 wizards, 2 of which were at least 5th level (two cast stinking cloud, all were killed). He lost 6+ constructs which will have to be reconstructed which takes time and money. He lost at least six of his guards, who now lay dead on his front porch.
We lost:
1 5th level druid. 1 cart full of... well actually nothing except the lockbox containing the belongings of said druid. Some time.
In a war of attrition like this, he better have a whole army at his disposal because we're getting more powerful unlike his forces. Especially since the only reason we lost anyone was due to a tactical blunder on our part.
As for negotiating, I've told him what I want. It's his turn to talk about what he wants.

Ingrid sits at the "workbench" she's set up. It's little more than some crates she's shoved together in the hold and covered with some sailcloth, but it will do for now. She has her crossbow apart in front of her, and a large collection of springs and gears. I need to load bolts faster. It's getting to the point where I can aim faster than I can load. Of course, she could switch to a shortbow, but those were to her Lamordian mind uncivilized. Besides, why do a simple thing when you could do the more complex thing and have fun?
OOC: Ingrid is going to build an contraption to attach to her crossbow that will convert it to a repeating crossbow.
