Thanks, Rock!
OK, all, just so we're all on the same page: psionic attacks = Good; clerical magic = BAD.
Help me keep Lucien alive and I'll see what other tricks he has.

I have bad memory but did Goren's turning attempt work last time?

Goren's previous turning attempt MADE THE ZOMBIES EXPLODE into fountains of acid, if I recall correctly...
Fortitude save (1d20+2=18). Phew.

Just lovely.............. guess I'll stick to attacking with my mace.........
Re: A stitch in Souragne - OOC
What? No explosions? No cinematics of us having to dive into the swamp to evade the exploding acids?
What a shame....

Rock, normally I don't need to request a visual, but for Lucien has in mind, it'll be helpful. Would the current positions on the map resemble anything like the attached? Assume these are all 5-foot squares. I'm already taking Vincent's Tumble into account (and believe me, Lucien will be taking a 5-foot step back on his turn!), although I'm not sure of the dimensions of the raft.

It's nice to have a positioning view.
I doubt the raft would be this big..... on the other hand, I have no knowledges whatsoever about ships and rafts......

Me neither. The classic "Huckleberry Finn"-type wooden raft was about 9 or 10 feet (3 meters) to each side, but if this is meant to carry five people, I figured it has to be bigger than that. A more realistic image would probably shave off 1 row and 1 or 2 columns from my image.Guzrath wrote:I doubt the raft would be this big..... on the other hand, I have no knowledges whatsoever about ships and rafts......

Re: A stitch in Souragne - OOC
Cool, thanks, Rock! It's good to know that Lucien won't take a 5-foot step and fall off the raft.
I'll post his actions later today.
Hey, everyone, for convenience and clarity, if you're using this image, let's call the rows A, B, C, D and the columns 1 through 6. For instance, if I were to have Lucien take a 5-foot step back to the square below where I put Vincent, I'd say he's moving to C3 to D2. Sound good? It'll be good for determining flanking opportunities, too. Later on, I can update this image and repost if necessary.

Ken, Goren will attempt to heal Lucien next. Hey, do you think a healing spell would harm the undead dude?
