Okeydokey. who wants XP?
And is anybody trying to pick the lock on the second coffer, or otherwise get it open?

Any player whose PC has the Appraise NWP may roll against it now, if the player likes.

I'm not revealing the contents of the second coffer until it is actually opened/unlocked.

Open lock: [dice]0[/dice]
Tom is really bad in open locks...but if someone of the group has a hammer or an axe he can try to open it by force.
Tom has also appraise NWP: [dice]1[/dice]
Before leaving Povero, Tom will replace his arrows, marbles, dog pepper and rope.

You have a mystery chest for now, then.
The good news is...
All thieves just leveled up.

That means he can ADD his new skill points and try the lock again.

Re: POVERO Campaign OOC
Thom failed his appraisal roll, but that's not so bad. It wasn't a nat 20 or anything, and Alfonse's plan is to sell some of this stuff elsewhere.
Players can peek at that spoiler box. Your guys just don't know all that in play.
Now, about XP:
I have already send an amount to one player. I can send the rest to each of you individually, by PM.
Thieves made out well as there was a lot of sneaking around in this adventure and a nice load of loot at the end. Individual class awards ended up being very kind to the thieves.
But spell research between games could help out the mage.
And I'm going to drop a hint now about the new Swordsman's School in Ferrantio. The master there will take cash in return for individual and group instruction, which in metagame terms means you can convert some of your gold to XP with successful learning rolls.
(I'm going to playtest a mechanic for that).
