Raen got nearly 7000 XP?
That's level-up.
That's level-up.

It would have been lower if I had not decided to give out a modest amount of XP per chapter, but even without that Raen would have leveled up.alhoon wrote:Raen got nearly 7000 XP?

You guys earned a big story award for solving the mystery, stopping (killing, as it happened) the copycat, destroying the Black Dog, breaking up the revolutionary sect/gang, and preventing the baddies from accomplishing the ritual.
But you didn't manage to seal the portal.

That's good all things considered. It's two ways. We will nicely step back out.
Yeah, right. It would be that simple... Who am I kidding?

Apologies for my non appearance, I have been reading but I am a bit slammed at the moment!
I believe my save gets to the giddy heights of 17...
And I have made an appalling discovery. I played that scenario as a lvl 5 rogue and I had 13500 xp which is level six. DOH!

I'll recalculate your XP, then, Kintire.
edit tAKE 6500
That puts her at 20k
She needs 21k to hit 7th, so she's well on her way.
And, yes, I will be giving out XP again in the not too distant future if we keep playing Ravenloft.
It won't just be a very end of the campaign thing.

Party levels should run now from 6th to 8th.
Everybody leveled up or at least got substantially closer to leveling up.

Am I correct in assuming the clerical vestments I lent to Alwina were lost when everything tumbled through the portal?

She's still got 'em.Wolfglide wrote:Am I correct in assuming the clerical vestments I lent to Alwina were lost when everything tumbled through the portal?
Now she's probably pretty warm and snug:
her ragged, scanty garb (hardly anything)
Kat's tunic
+ Klokulf vestments
a travellers cloak from the Outl;ander with the huge blade

WHAT WAS LOST
Every one of the books from the secret library except the one containing the incantation
all ritual supplies
the dead body used in the incantation
some small items of no special value
You guys do have your usual adventuring gear that is worn or carried.

"Of course," Benn mutters, "It would be a damned shame if we ever knew what the hell was actually going on."

IF Benn had Jon's knife on him, he still has that.
