Turn Resistance

The Ravenloft Campaign Setting (RCS) on page 38 states that all undead in Ravenloft enjoy a +1 one bonus to their turn checks. Looking over Denizens of Darkness and the Slain from Gaz 2, it does not appear that the bonus has been incorporated into the statistics. Is this an oversight?

The introduction of Denizens of Dread makes mention that Ravenloft-specific elements (such as the +1 Turn Resistance) weren't included in statblocks. Probably so those elements could either more easily remain optional, or so that they could be used easily in other settings. I'm guessing the reasoning is probably the same for your books, though it's just a guess.

Or so you can use the monsters in your own setting, alot of companies did that to expand the cross sales.
