Greetings boils and ghouls,

Your friends at the Fraternity of Shadows just wanted to remind you that the next installment of Quoth the Raven is due out this October 31st.
We've had a lot of great articles submitted so far but we're still looking for more.

If you have a great article brewin' away, why not send it in? With four months to go, there's pleanty of time to make you masterpiece.

With your help, we can make this issue the greatest Quoth the Raven ever.

Aye, aye... Have pen, will write. -Though I'll be off for about two months this summer, so a deadline before, say, September 20th might be too early for me.

Now, if I say that I write an article for QtR, I'll write an article!

Most likely, you can except a short gaz on a Barovian city. Thinking about Teufeldorf, in concrete.

Deadline will be Oct. 1st, but with extensions for people who have previously contacted the editors.

Sorry, I have nothing ot contribute to the Raven, but I just wanted to Thank all you guys for submitting stuff and putting it all together. I appreciate the work you all do to keep the Mists mysterious!

Oh, by the way... I was reading past issues, and I ask a favour to all writers: turn off the damn autocorrect. Too many reference to the domain of "Tempest" out there.

When I submitted the article for the last issue, I noticed all the bold/italics were omitted (yes, I know how it happens while creating the layout), making the document a bit less "reader friendly".
On Ars Arcana we use particular tags (sometimes put in by the writers, sometimes by the editor) to mark bold, underlined and italic text. Is there a "tagging policy" on FoS too?

Submissions are best sent in Word format, with whatever styles applied in effect.

I think on submitting an article about visuals of spells so that they seem different while they do the same thing.

It's been suggested that I collate some of the work I've done about Azalin's spells into an article. I will try to do this before the deadline for QtR 14.

I have an idea for an article musing on the nature of the Dark Powers of Ravenloft from an inhabitants perspective.
