There are different types of quotation marks in the document, which I believe are a result of me writing some sections in the google doc, and some in text files I then pasted into the google doc. For example, the quotes that surround “The Prism”, at the bottom of p.509 are not the same as the quotes that surround "Sorcerous witches" at the bottom of page 508. If one or the other are preferred, I can flag them. If having variation in them is also fine, I can ignore them.

I will admit that I was being disingenuous. I didn't really think the message was directed at me (and certainly not only me), but it was useful to pretend so to spur myself into actually proofreading my last article. Motivation through self-deception!
