Thorn is spooky.

Good call there. Thorn doesn't know what Blueprints are.
And haven't gone to the "Cellar" (i.e. the dungeon).

Van, Ken? Any reaction to Thorn's words?
Whether yes or no... any plans on what to do?

Sorry to have been out of action for a while. I'll try to do better.

Re: OOC: Death House (5e)
Reminder on what you have discovered in the library:
- A letter from Strahd calling the Durst cult worthless and rejecting their service (You've also found his statue in the basement)
- Deeds for the family property
- Information on really bad things the cult was doing out of ennui not for religious reasons. The cannibalism probably cursed them to become ghouls after death. They did many other bad things that if your characters investigate deeper would require horror checks.
You have found no information on how the cult went suddenly extinct from 13 people to none.
You (or Esthenor) have destroyed the undead remains of 6 members, not the Durst family heads. You've found the corpse of a cultist locked in a cell, un-cursed (i.e just dead).

The deeds include the family's sign and a deed about a mill that belonged to the Durst family.

Sooo... it has been a while without any significant progress.
What do you want to do? Is there still interest in this game BTW? No hurt feelings if you have lost interested during the 3 months of stagnation.

Strahd underestimated the Durst Cult.
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

OK then... it's PCs turn to do something. The library was a dead end.
