I haven't had time to more than glance over what you have here, but I like it. There always seemed to me to be something lacking in the mechanics of the MotRD classes... Nice job! I'll almost certainly refer back to this if I ever get a MotRD campaign off the ground!

Hmmm. I'm not sure you should have her automatically fail a powers check, at least not at first. Perhaps, though, give her a higher chance of failing. After all, grief and the desire for vengeance do not automatically make a person evil, and it's not as though she is focusing her rage on an innocent...

The Slasher strikes me as a definitely interesting addition to any campaign. (I plan to run The Evil Eye at some point IMC), especially since she's a "villain" you can genuinely empathize with. It would be an interesting challenge, I think, for PCs to deal with her in a manner that does NO...
