I was watching Antiques Road Show the other day and it had a Jade letter opener. I thought that a Jade dagger would be cool. I was hoping that the link to the obsidian weapons would have something on it. Not to hijack your thread but does anyone know if a jade weapon is possible?

These are all such good ideas. The troll one is just mean. 1st level characters in pouring down rain trying to fight a troll. That must happen!

I havent really picked a domain. It may wind up being a more homebrewed domain. The one it is going to most resemble would be Barovia. The starting city is going to be a large trading center that is like a crossroads for many cultures. Like Constantinople but smaller.
