There is actually a printing press in Sigil that is housing part of the essence of an evil diety and it loopholed its way into Sigil despite the ban on gods. I believe it was mentioned in In the Cage: A Guide to Sigil. Kind of surprised they never brought that up again.

Wizards is hardly known for making products with correct stating either. Their collector's edition of the D&D cartoon came with a short adventure and stst blocks for the heroes and their weapons as well as Venger. Excper Venger's build doesn't qualify for the archmage prestige class he has.

If we're pulling from an alternate dimension Ravenloft you could always pull one from the Forgotten Realms 4e playbook and have the affected domains swap with eachother. Not that I think 4e FR was a positive time for that setting.
