Re: Ravenloft Artbook of Talon Dunning
That is exceedingly cool. Nicely done, Talon. You've done Azalin now a few times. Have you read any of the Azalin novels?

Re: Ravenloft Artbook of Talon Dunning
Oh man, I'd love to see another rendering of Tristan Apblanc! There's always the possibility of creating a collection of drawings that go without names; if someone happens to look like Strahd or Tristant, well, that's one interpretation. ;) Perhaps funded through Kickstarter.com, a pretty good engin...

Re: Ravenloft Artbook of Talon Dunning
Would love to see you render an Anton Misroi for example. Oooh, nice. If I had a gazillion dollars, the first thing I'd probably do is arrange a big giant meeting between choice folks at WotC, White Wolf, everyone involved in the old Ravenloft products, and all the novel authors. James Lowder, Chri...

Re: Ravenloft Artbook of Talon Dunning
So now I'm curious, Talon. Prior to your actually producing Ravenloft art for White Wolf, what was your experience in the setting? Were you an oldschool player or DM? Or did you learn about the setting as a result of doing art for it?
Apologies if this was already brought up in an earlier page.

Re: Ravenloft Artbook of Talon Dunning
Well, I can personally vouch for the awesomeness of Talon's Out of the Mists book and the portrait that came with it. In fact, my Halloween'd-up refridgerator is proof:

It's been a while since I read the Carnival book (loved it, though), but I seem to think that the Twisting took a person's greatest flaw (not just their most obvious personality feature) and brought it to the fore in a physical (and often monstrous) manifestation. So if you have a good-hearted cleri...

I'm all for anything that gives a chance to reinvigorate the setting is worth it. I look forward to 4th Edition. I'm less concerned about editions and more concerned about simply new Ravenloft development, period. I really enjoyed most of the White Wolf products. At this point, let's just hope the s...

Running A Light in the Belfry
So, as a fun Halloween even, I'm considering running a single "house-crawl" session for some friends. This would be with threadbare 3.5 rules using A Light in the Belfry as the basis for the haunted house in question. I'm wondering if anyone can cite any experience in actually running this...
