A Chaotic Neutral qabal of Gothic Earth that is comprised of criminals, prostitutes, out-of-work veterans, beggars, and society's other undesirables. Goals include collective self preservation and cooperation in the face of a world that would crush them. This includes fighting the servants of the Red Death.[1]
