Captain Johannes van Deusen is head watchman of Karina. He a corrupt, inebriated buffoon.[1]
Captain Johannnes van Deusen is also the warden of the Citadel Jail. He has a reputation for being corrupt and easy to bribe, but so far he has not let and evidence of his misdeeds slip out.[2]
