As a Dread Possibility, the Tomb of Leo Dilisnya may still hold the extant but imprisoned Leo Dilisnya in the cursed form of the vampire. If he has survived the complete starvation of blood all these years, he will almost assuredly have been driven mad (at least temporarily) and will go on a killing spree to slake his thirst.[1]
