Homme is one of the two central deities in San Bartoloméan religion and mythology. He is the god of the changes that come with the cyclical nature of life, the born and the dying, suffering and recovery. Homme created man, whereas his female counterpart Femme created women. The two deities are seen as complementary and inseparable, two sides of the same coin. Homme and Femme both share the same holy symbol: The Cambiux.[1]

Of the creatures given birth by Homme and Femme, the Njelx. Strangely enough, they remain involved uninvolved in the war between the benedici and the damonica for unknown reasons.[1]
