As part of marriage certification in Falkovnia, a couple must give up the bride to be for a single night to an officer of the Falkovnian State as a show of loyalty. Vlad Drakov invokes this right himself, taking in especially favorable women to bed to be subjugated.[1] Consequently, through this practice Vlad Drakov has sired a large number of illegitimate children.[2]
