First introduced in Quoth the Raven, Vol.27.
Based in the Wartorn Cluster but with plans for all the Demiplane of Dread, the Centurions of the Night are a secret society with terrible plans to first devastate and then rebuild the entire Demiplane of Dread.
Most immediate is a plan to spark off a massive war in the Core by means of a false flag operation that will 'pit brother against brother and crown against crown'. The plan also involves letting the war spread to the various Clusters and Islands. Mentions have been made of 'maximizing the deathtoll' by any means available. Chillingly, the war is itself meant as a distraction for enemies not mentioned by name, but implied to be the Dark Powers themselves...
