Katya Chekiv Hiregaard was the wife of Sir Tristen Hiregaard. Unlike Tristen's previous marriage, he married Katya purely one of political purposes. Their emotionless bond spared Katya the attention of Malken. Katya went on to give Tristen four children, Yorgi Hiregaard, Sasha Hiregaard, Myar Hiregaard, and Mikhail Hiregaard. She died giving birth to Mikhail in 748 BC.[1]
Although Tristen bore no love for Katya, she was loyal and passionately in love with him to a fault, for she tolerated his many lovers.[2]
