Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Re: Foerde's fate OOC
Foerde moves up and attacks the closest Elf. Assuming there is one that is close...
[dice]0[/dice]
+2
damage if it hits...
[dice]1[/dice]
+1; +7 more if they are evil. I don't want to assume all the elves are bastards.

History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.
Re: Foerde's fate OOC
That is AC 8.
Unless Foerde gets bonuses for mace spec.
The spell says it is considered a Footman's mace for general purposes. I am not sure if he would specialization or not. I think it may count for weapon speed and damage type. Thoughts?

Is he specialized in footman's mace?
Send me the spell text. It might count.
At least we might playtest that.

Well, this says flail, not mace. Different weapons.

Re: Foerde's fate OOC
Well, they are withdrawing, not fleeing. Get ready to be shot at. A lot.
Or is he retreating into the briar?
Bolting for the icy lake?
Running for the trees?
Running round the base of the tower?
I' lol put up a map if you want to wait for that.

Re: Foerde's fate OOC
T is for tower base
F is for forested area
Meadow is marked with clear or lined speakers near it
B for briars
L for lake
The elves have fallen back to take cover behind the trees in the nearest F marks (nearest to tower base and briars, where Foerde is)
They are NOT running away. They are taking over and readying arrows.
Distance to lake is about thirty yards. That should give you an idea of scale. You will note I left out areas the tower would block. It is pretty darned big.
