Your NPC can make a d20 attack roll to shove one off, since one got dusted by magic missile and the other took damage.
He can do the roll and move.
That is, unless Kintire decides she would have targeted the ones on Termelan instead of the link boy.
Or split the three missiles between one on one of you and one or two on the other.
Remember, six hooded shamblers.
Player decisions.

She will go for the ones on Termalan on the grounds that if he gets free he can then help free the link boy, whereas the reverse may not be true...

Where is Gunnar's band? I thought once they have secured the upper floor they will come downstairs to aid the others.
Filbert will not go first inside the secret room, he will let fighters pass so they can chase the helper and the Crone, they can run faster than him anyway.

He will not get damage for the burning staff right? otherwise he will not do it.

Another secret room?
How many secret rooms inside secret rooms does that paranoid witch has?!
Sis, this dungeon is MADE for you.
(My sis has a tendency to over-search for secret rooms. Yes, even inside secret rooms or natural caves)
