Well, I haven't heard from Pat since I decided to start the game. Apparenty his mail box here is full and he's not receiving my messages. I also got no reply from external mail, so I'll just go on without him for now.
I'll have to post tomorrow or on the weekend, though, but there should be something new in a few days.

Hi Steve, sort of, but yes, I thought you might be waiting for me. I'll make a post first, then.

Just to clarify: no classes are going on yet. It is a saturday, and classes start the following monday. This is the day to set up, and tomorrow there will be an official ceremony opening the year, with speeches from the important people in the school, and then free time. It may be used by the older students to acquaint the new ones.

I will have to answer about the classes myself
This is the 6th form, so many students will have the same core of courses, and since you both have the same age, you'll end up in the same class for most of them. I can add then a dedicated set as a sort of specialization, but that will be only a few, and far from too specialized. Steve, you'll have to wait for university level next year to have all of those, although you could try and sneak in in some of the History Tropos to try and get some of that Maybe you can also look for the teacher responsible for some topic or another to entertain you.

But since this is not a school simulation, perhaps you won't have to worry about all that once the story kicks in. We'll see about it. Can not post during the day, and this may be a difficult week for me, but I'll try to have something tonight.
