Getting to the Fraternity site from the forums?

Is there any link from the forums through to the fraternityofshadows.com site itself?

I think it would be a good addition even though the forums URL incorporates the site URL.

Nope. It's something I've been wanting for a while. Haven't had time to look into it.

we mean the other way 'round. some people find the cafe through a google search, and don't realize there's all the goodies on the main site. There are several links from fraternityofshadows.com to fraternityofshadows.com/forum, but none from fraternityofshadows.com/forum to fraternityofshadows.com outside of posts like this one.

It likely requires some hacking of the phpbb skins to get what we want. I don't like doing that. It's a big pain and fraught with danger. I'll look for another way.

Generally you can request it on the home site that hosts it.... So for example if i ever need help on Proboards you go to proboards and request it in a section they have. I'm sure there's something of a similiar sort here.....


Also isn't there a link at the top of the page right now? Nope it looks like it would lead there but it doesn't.... I'm surprised you don't use a better resolution picture for that one anyways. It looks kinda fuzzy?

yeah, I can pursue it with the phpbb support forums or our hosting service, or dig into the code myself and figure it out. I just haven't taken the time to do any of those.
