Alains moves to within 30 feet with one move action since the bandit is 60 feet away . If at possible he will move so the "civilians" are not between him throwing an orb of energy at the leader . I have one question will the bandit leader be flatfooted to Alain when he throws his orb at him ?
If he can move so as to get the civilians out the line of Fire Alain will do so remain in range .

Would it be possible for Alain to Cast Magic Missile and Hide after wards at where he is at ?

He's not acted yet this round, and you have the init (the surprise round didn't count).

I'm pretty sure he should be flat footed against the attack.

Go ahead and make your rolls, Tony.

There is enough confusion and enough C&C in the camp he can attack and attempt to hide/gor to ground right after.

Three bandits on foot are coming at Alain now.

I noted that you have your rapier ready.
Melee? Flee and try to hide?

Spell(you might not get all three, unless it's area effect)?

Something else/

Exactly?
That's hard to say. At least a dozen men on foot and about that many mounted.

Only three very near him right now.

If they do not notice him he move to Burning Hands(The Spell) them all If possible .
It is 15 foot cone spell . Save DC14 reflex . Damage is 5d4+5 from Edge .

The notice him move, but they may not realize what he's doing.

They come in close--but not too bunched up-- so he can try to get two out of three at once.
That leaves one out of the area effect (moving to flank)
Acceptable?
