So, despite her victory in initiative, the unexpected claws and associated attack of opportunity as he grapples Helfierd has a hold on her at the end of round one. Round two she tries to break free and fails. Over to you!

Seradon keeps helping Helfried to grapple. If there's any spell component pouch she uses, or used when she cast whatever on Helfried, he also looks for it.

She doesn't have a spell component pouch: she seems to be using spell-like abilities. She does seem to need somatic components, though: at least she is not using them while grappling. Just her paralysing claws...

She DOES have an ornate black girdle which seems a little out of style with the rest of her gear.

OK Catherine will do as Seradon said will delay and if they need assist for pining the Queen will help them otherwise will try to gag her.

I can't do anything about the girdle. Takes too long. So Seradon (not knowing Helfried's result) will keep assisting Helfried, trying to immobilize the Queen so we can gag her.
Try to lock her hands behind her back or something so she can't attack Helfried.

Helfierd has rope, indeed.

I deduced from your remark that you were using the queen to delay the zombies: this works. there are no other exits from the sanctuary, but once the queen is dead there is no further sound from outside.

Seradon's paralysis, which he identifies as Ghoul paralysis, wears off shortly.
