Congrats, Talon!

Care to share a scan of your sketchcard, Gynsburghe?

Considering I haven't drawn it yet, that would be a pretty awesome feat! :-)

*snickers*

Sure, when I receive it, I will scan it and send it along.

I saw that the book was down to a single copy a few days ago, and since my favorite Ravenloft interior art is in the S&S books - I figured I'd better order now.

It's funny when you see a piece of art you did a long time ago that you haven't seen since. It puts it in a whole new perspective. I saw the above and my first thought was, "My God, here eyes are enormous!"

I have pulled down my store at Arcane-Marks.com and replaced it with a simple page that re-directs to my DriveThruRPG and Etsy stores, as well as my Facebook fan-page. If you missed my earlier announcement, please be aware that Out of the Mists: The Ravenloft Art of Talon Dunning is now sold out and officially out of print. I have no plans at this point to do a third edition of the book, but may consider offering it as print-on-demand through DriveThru sometime in the future. If that happens, it will not be offered with a sketch, since it will come straight from the printer. My other sketchbooks are available through Etsy. Thanks to everyone in the Ravenloft fan community who has supported me over the years. You guys are my favorite fans (shhhh, don't tell anyone!).

I have no plans at this point to do a third printing, however, there is a chance that a print-on-demand version, sold through DriveThruRPG, may be made available in the future. If and when that happens, I'll let you know. That version will not come autographed or with a sketch since they will be delivered directly from the printer.

I need that book!

Never had a chance to get the print, so a DriveThruRPG print-on-demand version can satiate the need.

I just wanted to post that I really enjoyed getting to meet you in person at GenCon, and pick up the sketches of the Knight of the Shadows and Gennifer and Laurie Weathermay-Foxgrove along with requesting the sketch of my character, Nathaniel Hawke (Nathan to his friends). I'm looking forward to getting those put into frames and hanging them up! :D

Getting the chance to pick up that copy of the Ravenloft 3.5E Player's Handbook in near mint condition from HPB at the con on Sunday was pure luck, and I've been looking for my own copy for a long time as I mentioned. Thank you again for taking the time to sign it for me. It will always have a place of honor on my shelf. Also, I was able to get it signed by the gentleman you mentioned. He let me know that another member from the list of credits was also in attendance at GenCon, but I wasn't able to meet with him, sadly. Hopefully next year I can manage to bring my other two core Ravenloft books from 3.5E to be signed, if that's alright. :)

Sorry, only one autographed book per customer. :-) Yeah, that's totally cool. You bring it, I'll sign it. And it was a pleasure meeting you as well. Thanks for coming by and chatting with me. It was a great GenCon and I was happy to be there.

Argh... so jealous. Congrats! (didn't end up making it to Gen Con this year as I'd planned. Grumble, Grumble.)

Thank you! You truly are a gentleman, and meeting you was the biggest thrill of the convention for me! :D

I understand. I did meet Endark there (did I spell that correctly?), and I saw a gentleman walk past me that was wearing a black t-shirt with the serpent devouring its own tail that you mods here use, but it had a blue circle in the center. Did one of the mods make it, by chance?

Sorry! My friend played a character named Endark. Thief, as you can imagine.

It was a real pleasure meeting you, and I hope to talk with you again if you are able to make it next year!
