I vaguely remember Arthaus was going to do this I think as an expansion to Masque of the Red Death. I did a search on Amazon to try to find it, but didn't have any luck.
Did this book ever come out?

There was an aborted fan-project to try to get a Gothic Asia setting set up. This would have been a second Core to the East of the current one, with a large central empire of three kingdoms (roughly translating to Three Kingdoms China) with a desert for Mongolian/Korean nations, a Tibetan psionics/monk kingdom, and then diverse islands for a Japan-theme and Polynesia theme.
Do a search for "Gothic Asia" or even "Asianloft" and it might show some results.
